Dear Webster Tiger Families,
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! My name is Mrs. Tiffani Makely, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Webster Elementary. I am excited to partner with you as we begin a year filled with learning, growth, and opportunities for every child.
I am also incredibly excited to work alongside the outstanding Webster staff. From our dedicated teachers and support staff to our office team and custodians, every member of our school is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed. I know you will quickly see the care, talent, and dedication that make Webster such a special place.
I truly love working with children and believe that every child can learn and has the potential for greatness. Watching students discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve their goals is the greatest part of my job.
My family is a big part of who I am. My husband and I have been blessed with six wonderful children, 2 son-in-laws, 1 daughter-in-law, and three amazing grandsons. I enjoy spending time outdoors and, because I value connecting with all of our families, I am currently working on learning Spanish. I look forward to greeting and communicating with more of our families in their home language.
At Webster, I believe in the power of working together with families to provide safe, supportive, and engaging educational experiences for our children. When schools and families work as partners, students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our school theme this year is: **Tigers Today, Champions Tomorrow**
This theme reminds us that the habits, character, and perseverance we build today prepare our students to become tomorrow's leaders, problem-solvers, and champions. Together, we will encourage every student to ROAR: Responsible, Outstanding, Accepting, and Respectful.
I am grateful to join the Webster community and cannot wait to meet each of you. Thank you for trusting us with your children. Together, we will make this an outstanding school year!

¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2026–2027! Mi nombre es Sra. Tiffani Makely, y es un verdadero honor para mí servir como la directora de la Escuela Primaria Webster. Estoy muy emocionada de colaborar con ustedes mientras comenzamos un año lleno de aprendizaje, crecimiento y oportunidades para cada uno de nuestros estudiantes.
También estoy muy emocionada de trabajar junto al extraordinario personal de Webster. Desde nuestros dedicados maestros y personal de apoyo hasta nuestro equipo de oficina y conserjes, cada miembro de nuestra escuela está comprometido a crear un ambiente seguro, acogedor y motivador donde cada estudiante se sienta valorado, apoyado e inspirado para alcanzar el éxito. Muy pronto podrán ver el cuidado, el talento y la dedicación que hacen de Webster un lugar tan especial.
Realmente me encanta trabajar con los niños y creo firmemente que todos los estudiantes pueden aprender y tienen el potencial para alcanzar la grandeza. Ver a los estudiantes descubrir sus fortalezas, desarrollar confianza en sí mismos y alcanzar sus metas es la parte más gratificante de mi trabajo.
Mi familia es una parte muy importante de mi vida. Mi esposo y yo hemos sido bendecidos con seis maravillosos hijos, dos yernos, una nuera y tres increíbles nietos. Disfruto pasar tiempo al aire libre y, porque valoro la oportunidad de comunicarme con todas nuestras familias, actualmente estoy aprendiendo español. Espero poder saludar y comunicarme con un mayor número de familias en su idioma.
En Webster, creo en el poder de trabajar en equipo con las familias para brindar experiencias educativas seguras, enriquecedoras y de alta calidad para nuestros estudiantes. Cuando la escuela y las familias trabajan como socios, los estudiantes prosperan académica, social y emocionalmente.
Nuestro tema para este año escolar es: Tigres Hoy, Campeones Mañana
Este tema nos recuerda que los hábitos, el carácter y la perseverancia que desarrollamos hoy preparan a nuestros estudiantes para convertirse en los líderes, solucionadores de problemas y campeones del mañana. Juntos, animaremos a cada estudiante a demostrar nuestro acrónimo ROAR: Responsables, ,Sobresalientes, Amables y Aceptan a los Demás, Respetuosos.
Estoy muy agradecida de formar parte de la comunidad de Webster y espero con entusiasmo conocer a cada una de sus familias. Gracias por confiar en nosotros la educación de sus hijos. ¡Juntos haremos de este un año escolar extraordinario!
